Pre-Sales
We assist our partners achieve sales by providing technical input into the sales process - based on our business know-how and deep
understanding of the products and environment in which they are used. We provide assistance in proposals, demonstrations,
meetings and question-and-answer sessions.
Analysis
Many of the products we support will be implementing policy or changing business processes. We are highly skilled in analysing both
current situation and desired destination in order to map the optimal route from one to the other.
Advice
As experts in our field, we are often requested to provide advice – not in respect of any specific product feature, but around best
practice. Working for many clients over the years, as well as keeping up-to-date on industry standards, has enabled us to accumulate
a broad experience and understanding which many clients find beneficial to access.
Design
We place great importance in well-constructed functional specifications. Our analysis and advice is fed into them, to document what
clients will get from our solutions. We encourage clients to take an active part in thoroughly reviewing these before we create the
detailed technical designs which state how the functions will be built. We put a lot of rigour into this stage so the project is steered in
the right direction and there are no nasty surprises later on.
Development
Our team is highly competent in the current major programming technologies and the management processes that need to surround
and co-ordinate any development project. Throughout development, we make extensive use of prototyping in pre-production
environments to ensure smooth progress towards realization of agreed functional objectives.
Delivery
Clients will generally maintain test environments for testing of changes before going live. We fully support that through onsite
delivery or secure remote VPN connections. By the start of User Acceptance Testing, we will generally have delivered a project into
the test environment that is ready for production and to specification.
Our transition from test to live is planned and executed with precision to incorporate changes necessary for the different environment
and cause least impact on live services.
Training
We provide appropriate training for all stakeholders, including the IT staff who maintain the services and different levels of user. Our
training is tailored for variations from one project to another and is driven by the individual requirements of each client.
Support
Once the solution has been handed over to our client, we are available to provide support both during and post any warranty period
